Executive Chef and Owner, Frank Falbo, is breaking traditional culinary rules and bringing two powerful food cultures under one roof at this new Deerfield restaurant. Having graduated from an Italian school, Chef Falbo had a vision what his culinary future would hold but that all changed when he stumbled upon Duval & Bourbon‘s location in the Cove. He shares in this interview how the location “spoke to him” and changed his direction of influence from Europe, to just a couple hours further south here in Florida.
The name Duval & Bourbon comes from two recognizable street names and translates to an unusual dining fusion.
