Low or no-cost seats are available for Boca’s annual performing arts competition for talented kids on April 7.  Mizner Park Amphitheater will still be tented for the 16thyear of “Future Stars” at 6:30 p.m. that Sunday.

“VIP seating for $20 to $50 guarantees a seat at the front of the audience.  The rest of the amphitheater is free,” said Julie Vianale, Rotary Club of Boca Raton Future Stars co-chairwoman “You can rent a chair from us for $5 or bring your own chair for seating.”

Auditions were held in February for this year’s crop of 44 finalists. They include singers, dancers, and dance groups. “We also have featured acts, The Mason Pace Band and the FAU Ballroom Dancing Club,” Vianale said.

The categories include high school vocal solo, high school dance solo, middle school vocal solo, middle school dance solo, and dance groups.
