Mizner Park has a bowling alley and a high-end jewelry store coming in.
The sales center for Alina Residences new construction luxury condos has already occupied the former art gallery at 430 Plaza Real.
Oakgem is relocating its former Worth Avenue location to Mizner Park. The store expects to open in November and will host designer and specialty trunk shows, according to Mizner Park.
Strike 10 will open in 2019 in the space formerly occupied by Uncle Julio’s restaurant. The franchise will have 10 regular bowling lanes, two mini lanes, and a large bar and lounge area.
The company is in the city approval process and hopes to begin construction by the end of this year, Mizner Park reported. The condominium sales center hours are 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., noon to 6 p.m. Sunday and by appointment.
The developer chose Mizner for its Alina Preview Gallery because of foot traffic as a downtown destination, said Candace Jorritsma, sales, and marketing director, El-Ad National Properties. El-Ad signed a one-year lease. But the developer owns and manages five other Boca properties. So the firm recently moved its corporate headquarters to Boca, said Noam Ziv, executive director of development.
No news yet on tenants for the former Trulucks or Juniors restaurants.
As Boca Voice reported, Mizner Park changed hands and is now owned by Brookfield Properties Retail Group.
