Shoppers will find two new women’s apparel shops with different vibes at Town Center at Boca Raton. They’re both close to Bloomingdale’s.
Pookie & Sebastian opened its sixth store and first outside of New York. The family owned boutique has an array of denims, dresses, tops, jumpsuits, skirts, pants and jeans with a contemporary, airy profile.
A line of shoes, straw hats and bags is geared to the spring season.
Equipment is a French-inspired brand with silk shirting, dresses, knits and other updated classics. The boutique opened Saturday in the Luxury Run closest to Bloomingdale’s and next to Joie, owned by the same company.
The collection has plenty of coverage, and in their words, “exudes discreet sexiness in the form of luxe fabrics and unexpected details…”
The shop is considered their first pop-up and will remain open for a year, according to the mall.
Equipment’s permanent boutiques are in Soho in New York, Century City in Los Angeles, on Fillmore Street in San Francisco and in Tokyo.
If you’re keeping track of Joseph’s Classic Market’s expansion into the former Blue Martini space, that’s projected for February 2020, according to the mall.
