Rex Baron will be the 10th restaurant at Town Center at Boca Raton when it opens this fall, the mall has announced.
The 8,200-square-foot restaurant will have indoor and outdoor seating in the former DaVinci’s of Boca space in the Nordstrom wing.
Rex Baron’s menu will feature modern American cuisine focused on locally sourced vegetables, organic meats, seafood, poultry and spice blends.
But it’s not just about dining and drinking.
Guests will be encouraged to create and share their own experiences in visits to the hi-tech VREX Lounge and HD Sports Hangar. “The story concept engages guests (aka survivors) with characters (aka vigilantes) and narratives as they indulge in a post-apocalyptic themed experience,” according to Michael Norris, Rex Gryphon restaurant group.
Already announced, La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, an artisan French bakery with a Latin twist, will also open this fall. It will be include bistro seating in the Oak Tree valet court behind Macy’s and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Joseph’s Classic Market will open at the end of 2020 in the former Piñon Grill and Blue Martini combined site.
