It gets so busy in Boca, tickets are on sale now with registration requested for the hottest Halloween events.
No longer just for kids, The Addison’s fourth annual Halloween party for grownups is 7:30 p.m. Thursday Oct. 31.
Shriek Week is Sugar Sand Park’s family attractions over two weekends. Time slots for the haunted house go quickly.

· Early bird tickets for The Addison’s “Neon Nights” is $110 each through Sept. 30. Afterward, general admission is $125 or $250 for VIP. Tickets at http://addisonhalloween.com
All tickets include entry, food, open bar and live entertainment. VIP comes with table-side dinner service, champagne bottle service and complimentary valet parking. The Addison, 2 E. Camino Real, is an events venue that’s open to the public a few times a year.
· 15th annual Shriek Week at Sugar Sand Park over two weekends 6 to 10 p.m. Oct. 18, 19, 25 and 26, 300 S. Military Trail. Lite night for younger kids 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24
Event features indoor haunted house, outdoor haunted walkthrough, shows, games, train rides, glitter tattoos, make-and-take crafts and trick or treating. Food trucks and vendors are there each evening.
Timed and paid reservations required for the indoor haunted house, appropriate for ages 7 to 12. Reservations $6 now, $9 starting Oct. 8. Go to https://sugarsandpark.org/shriek-week or call the box office at 561-347-3948.
Redesigned each year with a new theme, the indoor haunted house has professional effects, lighting, sets and scare actors. This year, guests take a tour through the Ghouls Gold-A Pirate’s Wreckage.
During Thursday’s Lite Nite Oct 24, the haunted house will be open with brighter lighting and less intense scares, appropriate for kids ages 5 to 12.
Nightly entertainment requires activity tickets, purchased on site. All forms of payment accepted.
Sugar Sand Park is located at 300 S. Military Trail, just south of Palmetto Park Road.
· Halloween in the Garden, 10 a.m. to noon, Sunday, Oct. 20, Gumbo Limbo Nature Center, 1801 N. Ocean Blvd. For ages 2 to 6, treats, crafts, games, face painting. $7 member, $10 non-member. Registration required at 561-544-8611 only. No walk-ins. Costumes welcome but no swords or pointy props.
· Halloween Hoot ‘N’ Howl, 6 to 8 p.m. Friday Oct. 25, Daggerwing Nature Center in Burt Aaronson South County Regional Park, west Boca. Free. Family friendly games and crafts and learn about owls, toads, snakes and spider.
