With locations in Boynton and Boca Raton; Anthony Barber is carrying out his father’s legacy serving up authentic barbeque as owner and operator of Troy’s Barbeque. Anthony shares how his father, Troy Davis, started Troy’s in 1996 on the side of the road for church and community events, living out his genuine passion for barbeque. Collecting such a following for his meals, Troy Davis opened up shop in Boynton. Twenty years later, Troy handed down ownership to his son who led the expansion of Troy’s into beautiful Boca Raton.
